Practice setting intentions for each day and then letting go of the outcomes.
Learn how to tolerate the discomfort of others. You are not the fixer. Allow others to experience their own journeys even the painful ones.
Don’t forget to give the feelings that come from your heart some attention. I think, we think our brain is a much more reliable source but as I get older I’m not so sure.
Make feeling good a priority in your life. Pay attention to what’s going on when you are feeling great so you can do it more often.
We always get more of what we focus on!
It’s ok for you to say No More when someone is hurting you. You have that right. Do it kindly and then let it go. You don’t have to feel guilty and you are not responsible for what their response will be. Love yourself enough to know this.
